SUMMARY: Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Kitchen Steward is responsible for setting-up, cleaning, maintaining and organizing the kitchen and kitchen equipment and acting as a buffet runner and carver during events. They may also assist with light food prep when required. ACCOUNTABILITIES: Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation for the kitchen and food service work areas and assists with events: - Clean and organize all dishes and kitchen equipment in Café and outlet kitchen areas - Clean and organize all dishes and equipment in banquet kitchen and storage areas - Assist with event set up - Light prep including peeling/chopping of vegetables and fruits (may be asked to complete simple recipes Complete all closing duties for the kitchen and banquet offices: Ensure that all deliveries, including incoming materi...
