Sky Lounge Manager POSITION SUMMARY: The Sky Lounge Manager helps create a joyful and vibrant community by providing prompt and excellent service to residents & guests when preparing/serving food & drinks in the lounge and by overseeing & performing operations for the Sky Lounge including organization and cleanliness for the entire lounge area, and promoting a positive & professional image to residents, families, and guests. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: ◦ The daily menu and specials. ◦ Personal presentation is in accordance with Fieldstone standards for uniforms and grooming. ◦ Inventory stock ready ◦ Residents special needs and concerns. ◦ Daily Service Training Points. - Provides formal training and schedules for all servers to provide a great experience for all residents and guests. - Establishes and assigns work responsibilities for each section, by meal period.
