In this role you’ll: This is an ongoing Transport Senior Service Manager (TSSM) role. Please see the role description and Information Pack for more information. - Lead digital ideas intake and prioritisation, establishing transparent, repeatable processes to determine which initiatives progress, pause or stop, aligned to enterprise strategy, funding and planning cycles. - Design and embed product portfolio governance and ways of working, introducing fit for purpose frameworks, tools and decision forums from the ground up to enable coordinated delivery, manage risk and maintain a clear line of sight to value. - Provide whole of portfolio insights, synthesising digital product performance, financial, delivery, capacity and risk data into clear, decision ready narratives that inform Customer Products and Solutions branch and executive decision making. - Lift portfolio maturity and consistency, developing frameworks, playbooks and prioritisation models that strengthen digital product planning, investm...
