Job Family: Management Consulting Travel Required: Up to 10% Clearance Required: Active Secret What You Will Do: The Archibus Project Advisor will support a large-scale IT development initiative in Archibus, the Department of State’s system of record for domestic space management. In this role, the incumbent will provide high-level project coordination, requirements development, technical guidance, and stakeholder engagement to advance modernization of Archibus. The incumbent will support the ongoing implementation and enhancement of Archibus modules, including Parking, Event Management, Enterprise Asset Management, and future platform capabilities. Day to Day Responsibilities May Include: Provide full-lifecycle project management support for large-scale Archibus development initiatives. Lead requirements gathering sessions, translate business needs into technical specifications, and document functional workflows. Manage a team conducting testing, configuration, and deployment of new Archibus modules and enhancements.
