Surveillance Agent

Job description

Competencies: - Observe all activities of guests and team members on the casino floor, cage areas, and count rooms via closed circuit television (cctv), for any instances of criminal activity and/or violations of the state gaming regulations and company policies and procedures. - The Surveillance Agent shall record such activities, where appropriate, and report observations to appropriate company and state officials when necessary. - The Surveillance Agent shall assist in answering phone calls, monitoring the radio, maintaining the daily log and writing reports. - The Surveillance Agent shall have demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of surveillance and casino operations before assuming this position. - The Surveillance Agent shall assume responsibility for the surveillance room in the absence of a shift supervisor and/or relief shift supervisor. - Directly supervises team members in the Surveillance room in the absence of a shift supervisor and/or relief shift supervisor, when assigned. - Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. - Observe all activities of guests and team members on the casino floor, cage areas...
