Restart Advisor Dudley Salary: Starting salary £28,325 per annum. Raising to £30,325 depending on meeting operational performance requirements and passing probation. (This will be discussed further if successful in attending at interview). Contract: Permanent: Full Time: 37.5 hours ( Monday - Friday 09.00 -17.00) Location: Birmingham office Are you passionate about making a difference and creating positive social impact ? You will be helping participants unlock their potential and guiding them toward sustainable employment , from career coaching to personal development, addressing complex and varied challenges along the way. Desirable: Experience of working within the Employability Sector ,managing a high caseload of participants within an office environment and who is performance driven to ensure all KPI's and targets.
