Envision Radiology, a 100% ESOP-owned company, seeks an Associate General Counsel to join the team! Monday - Friday | Position Pay Range: $178,280 - $222,850 Opportunity for an additional, discretionary bonus available The ideal candidate is located in or open to relocating to Colorado Springs, CO Summary/Objective: The Associate General Counsel will provide expert legal advice to and guide the organization’s business units and senior management on a broad range of matters, including General Business Matters, Healthcare Regulatory, Contracts, Litigation, Employment/Labor, Transactions, and other areas as needed. Essential Functions: 1. Advises internal stakeholders on a wide range of general business matters, including corporate matters, joint ventures, human resources issues, transactions, contracts and patient incidents 2. Analyzes and researches specific healthcare regulatory topics, in conjunction with General Counsel and internal Compliance Officer 3. Prepares and negotiates contracts, in conjunction with General Counsel and internal Contracts Manager 4. Leads initiatives on corporate structuring and corporate/contract management 5.
