Description Position Summary: Lead the instruction and curriculum development for the 17E Advanced Individual Training (AIT) . This role focuses on the technical application of Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) and requires a high level of instructional design expertise to prepare specialists for complex operational environments. Requirements: Mandatory Qualifications: - Security Clearance: Must possess an active Secret Security Clearance at the time of contract start. - Advanced Instructional Writing: Demonstrated ability to develop and tailor technical content for diverse audiences. - Pedagogical Framework: Mastery of Bloom’s Taxonomy to align lesson delivery with specific cognitive learning levels (Knowledge through Synthesis). - Curriculum Development: Ability to write and update AIT-level training materials to remain current with evolving EW technologies.
