Axos Bank Target Range: $80,000.00/Yr. - $110,000.00/Yr. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. About This Job: Axos is seeking a Manager, Business Continuity Risk who will be responsible for developing and implementing business continuity plans to minimize risks and ensure continuity of operations. Identifies potential risks and develops strategies to mitigate them. Coordinates with stakeholders to ensure effective response to disruptions. Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of plans. Responsibilities: Qualification: - Manages the review, development and administration of policies and procedures for BCP, and others as requested, to implement BCP strategy.
