Job Summary: The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is responsible for the administration of access to the workforce. Essential Functions: - Evaluate and support complex IAM and technology issues while pursuing opportunities for internal control improvement - Design, develop, configure, and maintain SailPoint IdentityNow - Lead the implementation new SailPoint Connectors and perform other SailPoint enhancements as required - Work with business teams and subject matter experts to identify and document IAM-related business needs, including access needs, and access profiles - Lead implementation of IAM related technology and enhancements as the technical lead on projects - Assist with the development of the IAM 1-2 year roadmap. Provide technical leadership in strategic design - Mentor junior staff members - Scope and design provisioning and recertification-related business process and workflow design/redesign efforts - Monitor IAM services, including applications and systems, and resolve or escalate issues - Provide coverage and support for the IAM service and act as a technical resource - Work in a distributed team environment where team members are spread across numerous loc...
