Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 7 years of experience delivering cross-functional technical projects and programs with multiple stakeholders. - 3 years of experience in people management. - Experience managing and aligning executive leadership and stakeholders. - Experience with project/portfolio management. Preferred qualifications: - Certification in program management or experience in program management with a technology company. - Experience designing and implementing scalable processes and guiding organizational improvements. - Familiarity with business planning processes and best practices. - Ability to identify, collect, and analyze relevant data to help guide informed decisions. - Ability to synthesize complex views and form unique perspectives.
