The Assistant Director, Financial Analysis & Reporting is responsible for the coordination, execution, and governance of monthly enterprise financial reporting and close activities. This role ensures the accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of expense, workforce, and operational reporting delivered to senior finance leadership. The position serves as a central integration point across FP&A, Reporting & Analytics, Workforce Financial Management, and TM1, with significant responsibility during month‑end, Outlook, and quarter‑end cycles. This role will have a Hybrid work arrangement, with the expectation of working in an office (Hartford, CT) 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday).
