Job description

Who we are NTT DATA Romania is looking for passionate IAM Consultants for to support an ongoing IAM initiative in a regulated environment. The assignment focuses on establishing robust authorization concepts, onboarding applications and entitlements, and ensuring compliant reconciliation processes, leveraging One Identity Manager and Nexis. You will be a member of the Cybersecurity Competence Center, where your skills and contributions to security systems delivery will be very visible. The team is international so you will use English both written and orally, German knowledge would be an advantage. What you'll be doing: - Define, validate, and document Authorization Concepts (including governance, approval flows, audit alignment). - Drive Application / Entitlement / Account Onboarding end-to-end (requirements, onboarding design, execution support). - Design and stabilize Reconciliation processes (accounts/entitlements, data quality, audit-readiness). - Create stable and auditable reconciliation controls and reporting approach. - Provide guidance for IAM products (One Identity Manager) (configuration, handover documentation). - Support Nexis integration/usage within IAM processes (r...
