Title Assistant Store Manager Pay Grade: Non-Exempt Major Department: Management: Minor Department: Management: Reports to: General Manager: Job Summary: Responsible for assisting the General Manager in managing and directing the efficient operation of the store to maximize sales and profitability. Perform the duties of the General Manager in his/her absence. Knowledgeable with the various department functions. Works with designated Department Managers to coach and assist in training the store staff to learn and understand the nuances of the various products and processes required. Responsible for the monitoring and review of staff job results and store needs with GM. Acts as a role model and exemplifies Pete’s Four Pillars of Value, Aesthetic, Quality, and Customer Service.
