Training Specialist

ABOUT YOU: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional with proven experience in Training, Enablement, Customer Success, or a similar client-facing role. You will have a strong background in delivering engaging virtual and in-person training sessions, workshops, and webinars, with the ability to confidently support customers throughout their learning journey. The role requires someone who can work collaboratively across departments, particularly with Product, Marketing, and Client Success teams, to ensure training content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with customer needs. Strong organisational skills are important, as you will be managing multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
