Summary: - Eligible to BCBAs that are *hired for a minimum of 25 billable hours. - Bonus of $2,500: 1st installment is after the first billable service. Second installment of $2,500 issued 90 days after hire. - The Behavior Analyst / BCBA position is $75-$79 per hour based on years of experience as a BCBA (independent contractor / 1099). - Location: Gordon Early Literacy Center - Monday-Thursday 11:30-2:45; Friday 9:00 - 3:00 - supporting 1 student - Assignment will go through summer Primary Responsibilities: - Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results. - Direct support and consult - Develop positive behavioral supports utilizing evidence-based interventions. - Assess a students instructional needs and develop appropriate programming. - Provide ongoing monitoring of student data and make programming adjustments as needed. - Develop tools and work with staff to collect progress-monitoring data on behavi...
