The Paralegal – Litigation is responsible for the structured execution of litigation support functions to ensure case progression, compliance with deadlines, and billing support within established legal and operational frameworks. This role directly impacts attorney productivity, case throughput, and revenue realization through disciplined execution of support tasks, document control, and workflow coordination. Core Accountabilities: 1. Litigation Support Execution Accountable for accurate and timely execution of assigned litigation support tasks. This includes: Drafting standard pleadings, discovery shells, and correspondence Preparing filing packages for court submission Organizing exhibits and supporting documentation: Assisting in preparation of motions and case materials Formatting and proofreading legal documents: 2. Deadline & Calendar Control Accountable for maintaining accurate tracking and execution of litigation deadlines.
