Senior Network Engineer

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join our UniQue team. What will you be doing in this role? - Design, implement, and maintain enterprise LAN infrastructure across offices, campuses, and data center edge environments. - Configure and troubleshoot switching, campus routing, firewall rules, and traffic isolation. - Support access layer services, including NAC, 802.1X authentication, port security, and endpoint onboarding. - Monitor LAN health using Splunk and other monitoring tools by creating dashboards, alerts, and operational reports. - Analyze logs and telemetry data to proactively identify risks, incidents, and performance issues. - Develop automation solutions using Python or Ansible for provisioning, audits, backups, and compliance tasks. - Track switch health, interface utilization, latency, and service availability. - Lead incident response and restore services within SLA targets during critical LAN outages. - Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to reduce recurring incidents. - Serve as a senior escalation point for complex LAN...
