Reports to: The Store Manager reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing. Position Summary: The primary function of the Store Manager is to manage the store operations and maintain director relationships. Through both these relationships, the Store Manager will enhance and develop their staff and drive school sales by securing rental and lease programs through our Partnership Promise: Increased Participation - Improved Instrumentation – Increased Retention . This will be accomplished by working in and out of the store, through regular school visits and at school events while demonstrating our Niche: Providing the Best Experience for Beginning Band & Orchestra Families.
