Description Position Summary: The Property Director is responsible for the all-around management of a residential multi-family community, which includes, but is not limited to, overseeing all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, audits, etc. RESPONSIBILITIES: Tasks listed below and are not an exhaustive list of all the tasks that may be required for this position. - Oversee and manage all aspects of assigned asset - Manage leasing activities to ensure budget goals are achieved on a consistent basis - Recruit, interview and select qualified Teammates for positions by working closely with Regional Leadership and Talent Advisors - Provide guidance, mentorship, support, and coaching (including Teammate separations) when necessary by managing, motivating, and supervising on-site team - Oversee all Crown Residential systems and proper usage to maintain accurate and timely data. - Thoroughly understand, follow and promote the Crown Residential’s Bonus Program and advocate to educate and assist team to excel...
