Job description
Description The Center for Leadership Studies seeks the ideal candidate for the position of Executive Fellow for the Fall of 2026, with eligibility for reappointment in subsequent semesters. The Executive Fellow will teach one Leadership Development Seminar within one of the colleges or schools of the university. Launching in 2017, these small (12-student) seminars target junior and senior undergraduates at the university, founded on a model that posits that successful leaders must be visionary, ethical, engaging, tactical, technical and reflective. Integrating these qualities includes a focus on strategic planning, communications, teamwork, climate, conflict resolution, sustainability and professionalism, among other topics.
