Solutions Engineering Department: The Solutions Engineering Department serves as the technical backbone of the sales organization, bridging customer business needs with the company’s technical capabilities and solutions. The team partners closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to design, validate, and present technically sound solutions that support revenue growth and long-term customer success. Sales Engineers act as trusted technical advisors throughout the entire sales cycle—from early discovery and solution design to proposal development, RFP/RFI responses, and contract support.
