Head of Finance, Finance Business Partner (m/f/x) Location: Warsaw, Poland | Employment: Full-time, Permanent The Opportunity: As the Head of Finance for Poland, you will lead all financial operations for the Polish affiliate and act as a strategic partner to the General Manager and the Affiliate Leadership Team. In this role, you will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and financial governance—ensuring full compliance with local regulations and understanding of global standards. You will be a trusted finance advisor, providing insights into growth strategies, opportunities, and risks, while encouraging relationships across the business. With fiduciary responsibility for accounting, tax, and treasury, you will ensure financial reporting, cash management, and risk mitigation. We are looking for collaboration skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional financial excellence in a matrixed organization.
