About Us Scaler is a sustainability data platform built for the real estate industry. We give real estate managers and investors the data they need to protect asset value, meet reporting obligations, and reduce long-term risk. Our product is data-heavy, increasingly built on LLMs, and operates in a domain where data errors carry real financial consequences. The role: As a Client strategy & operations associate you'll work closely with clients and leadership to connect portfolio data to real business decisions. The role sits at the intersection of client relationship management and analytical work. You'll help clients act on what their data is telling them, refine how we deliver services, and contribute to our growth strategy across the APAC region. Your deep knowledge of the platform and its functionality will be instrumental in product demonstrations as well as running pilot programs for potential clients. This is a role for someone who follows through. You'll own complex client projects, identify where our processes can improve, and work across teams to get things done.
