Job description

- Ancillary Product Strategy & Portfolio Management - Define and execute the ancillary portfolio strategy and roadmap, while owning assigned products and benefits. - Make prioritization and lifecycle decisions (launch, refresh, bundle, rationalize, sunset) and execute approved changes. - Identify, design, and implement opportunities to expand or optimize offerings and integrate ancillary bundles with major medical. - Develop and present data driven business cases; translate approved strategy into actionable workplans. - Serve as subject matter expert and day to day decision maker for assigned ancillary products. - Product Development & Operational Execution - Lead and execute development, maintenance, and implementation of new products, benefit enhancements, and refreshes. - Coordinate day work with Marketing, Sales, Operations, IT, Legal, Compliance, and AMS to ensure accurate configurations, and launches. - Draft, review, and approve product documentation (GTB, EOC, certificates, marketing and internal materials). - Evaluate and respond to custom or ad hoc ancillary requests, providing timely, practical recommendations. - Program Management & Optimization - Directly manage ancill...
