Description Kalos Services is hiring a Concrete Crew Lead to take ownership of commercial concrete projects and lead a high-performing crew in the field. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving production, maintaining quality, and keeping jobs moving safely and on schedule. You’ll play a key role in setting the tone on-site, coordinating with project teams, and delivering consistent, high-quality results. Compensation: $25.00 - $29.00 hourly based on experience Schedule: Night Work, Sunday - Thursday - 40/60 hrs week. Travel and Lodging : some projects require travel (FL & GA) out of town stays in a hotel or Kalos provided room each work week for the duration of the project.
