Overview: *Starting rate $19.50/hour* The Day Services Case Manager will provide an environment that fosters growth and independence through therapeutic and recreational services and will assist in the design of a developmental skills training program with the interdisciplinary team. The goal of a Case Manager is to assist each individual to reach their maximum potential with skill development within a day program setting.
