First Line Production Engineering Manager Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space, and Security (BDS) is seeking a First Line Production Engineering Manager (Level K) to support the Cruise Missile Systems (CMS) production system in St. Charles, Missouri. In this pivotal role as Production Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of industrial engineers, manufacturing engineers, and liaison Material Review Board (MRB) engineers to define, stabilize, and continuously improve the production system.
