Position is eligible to test for a bilingual pay incentive. Under the direction of the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), the HR Generalist provides broad human resources support, including payroll processing, HRIS data management, recruiting, employee relations, and leave-of-absence administration. This role also assists in developing and implementing HR forms, processes, and templates.
