Lab Test Operations Lead Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is currently seeking a highly motivated, Lab Test Operations Lead to join the F-15 System Integration Test (SIT) team located in Berkeley, MO . The team operates multiple Electronic System Integration Laboratories (ESILs) and is comprised of 20+ multi-disciplinary test engineers and support professionals. As a Lab Test Operations Lead you will be responsible for directing program execution activities for the SIT team, catering to multiple domestic and/or international development programs. Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing team budgets as a Control Account Manager (CAM), estimating future work, creating test plans, directing day-to-day lab schedules across multiple programs/test sites/labs, interfacing with various program managers and cross-functional teams (i.e., software, hardware, …), working through and resolving issues that occur in the lab spaces, and coordinating test asset/avionics sharing between programs and teams operating within the labs.
