Department: Innovation & Strategy Team Reports To: Director, Innovation & Strategy Location: Remote (anywhere in the US or Canada) Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $125,000 -$145,000 base Summary: Cyclotron is seeking Innovation Strategists to deliver client-facing innovation projects focused on AI strategy, process improvement, and change enablement. Strategists design and facilitate workshops, develop governance frameworks, and translate business objectives into actionable plans, ensuring solutions are practical and scalable. Responsibilities: Execute innovation and AI strategy projects for clients Design and deliver workshops for strategy assessment and roadmap development Develop governance models and risk mitigation strategies Collaborate with business leaders to translate objectives into execution plans Prepare client deliverables including strategy decks and operational playbooks Support account planning and pre-sales efforts Contribute to internal knowledge base and best practices Requirements: 5+ years in innovation, strategy consulting, or digital transformation Experience facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders Experience with AI tools and enterprise AI...
