Boys Town is seeking a strategic and technically adept Sr. Software Developer Analyst with experience in Workday HCM and Financials. This role will serve as a technical leader responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting complex software solutions that advance organizational goals. This role blends deep software engineering expertise with strong analytical skills to solve business problems, optimize systems, and drive innovation across applications and platforms. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: Manages, develops, and implements software solutions. Research software services and products offered by vendors based on requirements, quality, and price. Leads project development, integration and/or API activities with internal staff, computer manufacturers, software vendors, and other users to meet system objectives.
