Job: Assistant Executive Director Community: The Reserve at Lone Tree Position Summary: The Assistant Executive Director (AED) is a senior operational leader responsible for supporting the Executive Director (ED) in delivering exceptional daily operations, strong leadership execution, and a luxury resident experience consistent with Reserve Collection standards. This role serves as a trusted operational partner to the Executive Director and helps ensure the community operates with disciplined processes, consistent departmental performance, and a high level of hospitality and service. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: - Partner with the ED to support day-to-day operations across all departments and ensure operational consistency. - Support departmental leaders in executing operational, service, and hospitality standards. - Identify operational challenges and work with leadership teams to implement solutions that maintain performance and consistency. - Support department leaders in maintaining operational discipline, staffing stability and accountability. - Step in to support or lead operational oversight when ED is unavailable.
