Role Summary We are seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join our Cloud Consulting team. We welcome technically skilled professionals currently working on the customer side who are looking to develop their careers within a consulting organization. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module, helping our clients optimize and streamline their HR processes. You will work closely with Zalaris clients on project implementations, analyze HR requirements, and provide expert technical guidance throughout the delivery lifecycle. A strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors functionality combined with solid HR best practices will be essential to delivering successful projects and driving meaningful HR transformation.
