Hermeus is a high-speed aircraft manufacturer focused on the rapid design, build, and test of high-Mach and hypersonic aircraft for the national interest. Working directly with the Department of Defense, Hermeus delivers capabilities that will ensure that our nation, and our allies, maintain an asymmetric advantage over any and all potential adversaries. We are looking for an HR Generalist who can own and execute core People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle. This role is responsible for ensuring onboarding through offboarding runs smoothly, employee data is accurate and audit-ready, and cross-functional teams stay aligned and accountable. This is a hands-on, operations-focused role for someone who can manage multiple workflows, solve problems in real time, and improve processes as they go.
