Job Description: Job Purpose/Overview This role leads the acceleration of AI across the North Europe cluster - acting as a catalyst for change to embed AI into how we operate, decide, and execute. The focus is twofold: building the mindset and skills to unlock AI at scale, while owning and driving a portfolio of initiatives that deliver measurable business value. This is a transformation and execution role - turning AI from experimentation into scaled impact, and shaping a culture that converts capability into execution. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the AI strategy for the North Europe cluster, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
