Description Are you organized, driven, and love helping others learn? LifeSouth is looking for a dedicated and organized Training Coordinator to join our team in Birmingham, AL . Our Training Coordinators are responsible for assigning and tracking employee training plans while providing support for learning initiatives. This role is essential in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within our Central Alabama district. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage the scheduling of training sessions and assignments - Assign training programs to employees based on their roles and development needs - Track employee training progress and maintain accurate records of training activities - Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop appropriate programs - Support employees in accessing training resources and materials - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements - Assist in the development of training materials and resources - Facilitate training sessions as needed and provide support to trainers Skills and Qualifications: - CPR Instructor/Trainer certification required - Background in teach...
