What you will do: Lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) for the English, Italian, French, and German markets. Coach and mentor the team through regular 1:1s, performance feedback, and ongoing professional development to help each rep reach their full potential. Own and drive pipeline generation targets, ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds monthly and quarterly quotas. Cultivate a high-performance outbound culture, specifically focused on cold-calling pre-qualified and unqualified leads. Lead by example as a player-coach, jumping onto the phones during peak times or gaps in the schedule to demonstrate best-in-class prospecting and customer-facing conversations.
