Manager - Maintenance

Job description

The Manager – Maintenance will lead and supervise a small team of maintenance technicians, providing clear direction, task delegation, and performance oversight. This role oversees all daily maintenance operations, including CMMS management, work order prioritization, and the execution of repairs, while driving accountability through performance tracking and timely completion of tasks; as a key contributor to continuous improvement initiatives. This role also directs all facility maintenance functions across the plant and maintains a hands-on approach, actively supporting troubleshooting and repair efforts as needed.
