Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our IS Enterprise Analytics team in the role of Scrum Master This position is full time position located in Indianapolis, Indiana. Role Responsibilities: - Guides the team and department on how to use scrum practices and values. - Maintains backlogs, dashboards and sprints. Runs sprint standup, backlog grooming and planning meetings. - Works closely with the business owners and projects managers to communicate project status, team capacity and blocking issues. - Responsible for multiple simultaneous development streams.
