Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) Practitioner | 10374 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week, Term-time plus one week per year | £29,882 – £31,556 per annum | Grade H | Countywide We are seeking to recruit Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) Practitioners in our SEND and Inclusion Service, as part of Educational Psychology and Specialist Support (EPSS). You will be joining a team that contributes to the delivery of Children’s Services new SEND and Inclusion model as part of the Local First inclusion (LFI) Strategy, as well as core statutory duties (e.g. contributing to Annual Reviews of EHC Plans) and offering support to Norfolk’s SRBs and SHIPs. You will have relevant qualifications and demonstrable experience of successfully working with children, families and school staff.
