Job Description: We are hiring a Resident Relations Specialist to work onsite at our property in Washington, DC. Our Resident Relations Team Members pride themselves on the impeccable customer service and problem-solving techniques they provide to enhance the entire experience of current and future residents. The goals of Resident Relations Specialist will focus on resident retention and experience; managing the entire resident renewal process to maximize the number of renewals at your community.
