What You’ll Do: The Assistant Branch Manager contributes to the success of the branch through collaboration in overseeing the branch operations ensuring alignment to corporate strategies and objectives while demonstrating effective leadership. Lead and manage change in an agile environment, sound decision making, problem resolution, and crisis management. Model behaviors that create a work environment that ensures exceptional employee and member experiences. The expectation is to effectively develop supervisors to lead teammates in delivering exceptional member experiences, foster long lasting relationships, use financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions to address member needs and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
