Maintenance Technician Lead- 2nd Shift

Atlas Molded Products is seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician Lead for the Fond du Lac, WI facility. - General to advanced understanding of the manufacturing processes, quality standards, equipment operations, safety requirements and departmental procedures - Perform Preventative Maintenance (PM) on all machinery. - Remove and install tools into designated presses based on direction from supervisor - Replace seals, fill guns, knock outs, and other accessories as needed to support production - Properly document maintenance performed so that accurate records can be kept. - Install logo plates and inserts as needed Follow tooling best practices: - Label defective materials for rebuild, store in proper location - Storage and safe handling of tools - Help to identify leaks in tooling and repair as needed - Ensure that all new and existing equipment or machinery is operating properly. - Troubleshoot equipment issues to identify root cause. - Recognize and adhere to all best practices for safety (i.e., lock out/tag out, etc.) - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Serve as an advanced technical resource in a given maintenance specialty (i.e. fabrication, hydraulics, pneumatics...
