Job DetailsJob Location: Camp Menzies - Camp Connell, CA 95223Position Type: SeasonalSalary Range: $16.90 - $16.90 HourlyThis position pays $16.90 hourly when in training, and a $115 daily rate while working at camp. The Archery Instructor leads safe and engaging archery activities in compliance with American Camp Association (ACA) and industry safety standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Instruct campers in archery safety and technique. Maintain equipment and range safety. Enforce safety rules at all times. Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum 18 years of age. Current USA Archery or equivalent certification required, or willingness and ability to obtain prior to the start of camp (training can be provided) Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification required, or willingness and ability to obtain prior to the start of camp (training can be provided) Experience teaching youth preferred. Ability to model Girl Scout values and create a physically and emotionally safe, inclusive environment for all participants. Ability to reside on-site during camp sessions.
