The Role Join Vanguard’s dynamic Intermediary Sales team and play a key role in expanding our presence across the UK adviser market. You’ll drive growth by deepening relationships with financial advisers, identifying new opportunities, and showcasing the strength of Vanguard’s investment philosophy — all while delivering an exceptional virtual client experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced, commercially focused environment and enjoys building meaningful connections via phone, video, and occasional face-to-face meetings. You’ll manage a panel of noncomplex and high value clients who prefer virtual engagement, helping us grow assets and strengthen long-term partnerships. In this role you will: Build and execute strategic panel plans to grow net cash flow and expand share of wallet across intermediary segments Promote Vanguard’s investment philosophy, portfolio construction expertise, and product range to financial advisers Own your pipeline — driving proactive outreach, creating opportunities, and accelerating sales velocity Identify and onboard new adviser relationships, expanding Vanguard’s footprint in the market Partner with senior sales colleagues...
