About the Job The BIM Technician is responsible for producing coordinated, high-quality Revit models and drawings on data centre projects, working as part of a wider BIM and Engineering team. This role focuses on MEP/M&E modelling, drawing production, and clash coordination in support of the BIM Project Lead and Engineering teams. The BIM Technician plays a hands-on role in day-to-day model production, ensuring deliverables are accurate, compliant, and aligned with project requirements. About You: Required Skills & Experience: Experience in BIM delivery within MEP or multidisciplinary projects. Experience working on large-scale or complex projects (e.g. data centres). Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP (essential). Experience in clash detection tools (e.g. Navisworks). Understanding of BIM coordination processes and workflows. Experience leading or coordinating BIM teams on projects. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Familiarity with common data environments (e.g. ACC/FORMA). Desirable: Knowledge of BIM standards and QA processes. Understanding of ISO 19650 principles. Knowledge of industry Revit add-ins to streamline processes. Success Measures: Models are fully coor...
