CORE JOB SUMMARY: The Associate Director, Graduate Career Advancement provides guidance in areas of personal and professional development for students in the MBA programs and other assigned graduate business program(s) and facilities. Moreover, the Associate Director, Career Services oversees the planning, development, and administration of career and employment assistance programs for students. CORE JOB FUNCTIONS: Career Advancement: 1. Contributes to the long-range planning and goals of the department. 2. Establishes and continuously assesses the effectiveness of the internal controls within the unit and compliance with University policies and procedures. Ensures employees are trained on controls within the function and on University policy and procedures. 3. Assists with collection and reporting of career outcomes for compliance and rankings. 4.
