Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic living environment in accordance with agency and regulatory standards. Monitor house activities and resident adherence to rules, schedules, and expectations. Conduct regular walkthroughs and safety checks of the property. Resident Support & Monitoring: Complete onboarding and orientation of new residents, including intake coordination and communication of program expectations. Monitor resident progress, engagement, and compliance with program requirements. Assist residents with the development of daily living skills and recovery-oriented routines. Maintain appropriate professional boundaries while fostering a supportive recovery environment. Facilitate weekly house meetings to address resident needs, reinforce expectations, and promote a positive living environment.
