Job Description: Leave and Accommodation Team Lead Consultant The Role: As an Accommodation Team Lead Consultant , you will serve as a subject matter expert in workplace accommodations and/or leave of absence management. In this role, you will provide consultative leadership and guidance to a team of Accommodations and/or Leave Advisors who represent the organization during the interactive process under the Americans with Disabilities Act and Amendments Act (ADA/ADAAA). You will ensure compliance with ADAAA and EEOC guidelines while helping minimize organizational risk through the identification of creative, reasonable accommodation solutions. You will partner cross‑functionally with Legal, Business Unit HR, Corporate Technology, and other stakeholders to influence outcomes and deliver tailored solutions that enable associates to perform the essential functions of their roles. This role plays a key part in shaping strategies that promote accessibility, inclusion, and an equitable associate experience across the organization.
